Healing with Purpose. Living with Meaning.
From the outside, it might look like you’re managing. But inside, you are worn down. Maybe you feel disconnected from yourself, from others, or from the life you want to be living. The ways of coping that once helped you survive may now leave you anxious, shut down, or overwhelmed.
You deserve more than just getting through the day.
Psychotherapy can help you move toward something more.
I’m Dr. Rebecca Moe, a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and Arizona. I specialize in trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy for adults navigating the effects of trauma, loss, or chronic stress. Many of my clients are ready to move beyond survival and explore what it means to heal, grow, and thrive.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing becomes possible when you feel safe, understood, and supported. In therapy, I’ll help you address the impact of trauma while also reconnecting with your strengths, values, and vision for the life you want to build.
I’ve supported individuals in creating meaningful change for many years. From 2009–2025, I served as a staff psychologist with the Department of Veterans Affairs, primarily in specialty PTSD clinics. During that time, I provided frontline trauma-focused treatment, supervised and mentored psychologists, and led VA initiatives promoting evidence-based and Whole Health approaches. These experiences continue to shape the care I provide today.
In 2025, I opened Well Being Psychology to bring integrative, trauma-informed care to private practice. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and rooted in therapies proven to help people heal. Whether you’re coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, or burnout, I offer a welcoming and empowering space to help you make sense of your experiences, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and move toward a more vibrant and fulfilling life.
At Well Being Psychology, you are welcome just as you are. I value working with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, and I approach therapy with cultural humility, awareness of the impact of social and systemic factors on well-being, and a commitment to being an affirming ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. My goal is to offer a supportive space where you can show up as your true self and move toward the life you want to create.
If you’re seeking a therapist who understands the impact of trauma and stress, provides research-backed care, and leads with compassion, I’d be honored to work with you.
